Here's how it works.
Once you book, you'll get a confirmation with everything you need to know before your visit. If you're booking a consult, that appointment is all about getting to know you, your goals, your history, and what actually makes sense for you, no pressure to commit to anything on the spot. If you're booking a treatment directly, we'll confirm details and any prep info ahead of time.

We keep our schedule unrushed so every client gets real time with Olivia. These policies help us protect that time for everyone.
GOOD TO KNOW
Booking Deposit

Please arrive on time so everyone gets the full appointment they booked. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule so we don’t run into the next client’s time. In that case, your $50 deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Running Late

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
More than 48 hours’ notice: your $50 deposit is forfeited.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: your $50 deposit is forfeited and you’ll be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee.
We know life happens. If your plans change, just reach out as soon as you can.
