Hi, I’m Olivia—founder of Liv & Bloom Health Co., board-certified family nurse practitioner.

With more than six years as an NP and nearly a decade of nursing experience, I created this practice to offer something better: care that’s rooted in trust, honesty, prevention, and genuine connection. I’ve worked in emergency rooms, urgent care clinics, health departments, home visits, and facilities—so I know what happens when healthcare gets too rushed, too corporate, or too impersonal. Liv & Bloom is my answer to that.

I’m a big believer in listening more, judging less, and meeting people with both science and compassion. Whether I’m helping you manage your blood pressure, ease chronic pain, support your mental health, or feel more confident in your skin—I’m here to walk alongside you, not lecture you.
